Sales Professional – Powersports & Outdoor Equipment 

Location: Bill’s Service Center – Stratford, WI 
Job Type: Full-Time 

Bill’s Service Center, a trusted family-owned dealership with over 40 years in business, is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Professional to join our team. We specialize in powersports vehicles and outdoor power equipment, featuring top brands like Polaris, Can-Am, Ski-Doo, and Toro. 

Position Summary: 

As a Sales Professional at Bill’s Service Center, you’ll work directly with customers to help them find the right equipment for work or recreation. Whether it’s an ATV, UTV, snowmobile, or a Toro mower, your goal will be to match customers with products that fit their needs while providing excellent service throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Assist customers in selecting powersports vehicles and outdoor power equipment 
  • Provide detailed product knowledge and answer customer questions 
  • Manage the sales process from initial inquiry to final purchase 
  • Stay informed on new product lines, features, and manufacturer promotions 
  • Maintain showroom and outdoor displays and participate in dealership events as needed 

Qualifications: 

  • Previous sales experience preferred, but we’re willing to train the right candidate 
  • Strong communication and customer service skills 
  • Interest in powersports and outdoor equipment is a big plus 
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new products 
  • Availability to work retail hours, including some Saturdays

Service Writer- Bill’s Service Center – Stratford, WI

Position Overview 

  • We’re looking for a highly organized, customer-focused Service Writer to be the communication hub between our customers and service technicians. This role is critical to ensuring a smooth, professional service experience from check-in to pick-up.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Greet customers promptly and professionally 
  • Accurately document service requests and open repair orders 
  • Communicate service timelines, estimates, and recommendations 
  • Coordinate workflow between customers and technicians 
  • Order parts as needed and track availability 
  • Keep customers updated on repair progress 
  • Close out repair orders and explain completed work at pick-up 
  • Process payments and ensure proper documentation 
  • Maintain organized service records 
  • Assist with warranty claims and manufacturer documentation 

Qualifications 

  • Strong communication and customer service skills 
  • Organized and detail-oriented 
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment 
  • Basic mechanical knowledge preferred (powersports, small engine, or automotive) 
  • Comfortable with computer systems and point-of-sale software 
  • Team player with a positive attitude 
  • Prior service writing or dealership experience is a plus
